March 30-May 4- NRF Customer Service and Sales Certification Course-Cocoa-$150- class will meet each Monday & Wednesday from 5:30-7:30pm for 6 weeks.
Our Customer Service and Sales certification program is a nationally recognized curriculum developed by the National Retail Federation. The program provides training for anyone looking to increase their knowledge and skills in customer service and sales. All students will be prepared to sit for the NRF Customer Service and Sales Certification exam after taking this course. There is an additional $50
fee to take the exam.
