Chris Hollyfield “Lil’ Boogeyman” and Dr. Danny Brassell are both national speakers and came to speak to all of our students at our centers last fall.
Chris Hollyfield, definitely knows what bullying is... Measuring 4-foot-4, because of dwarfism, this phe- nomenal motivational speaker is perceived at first glance as an un-
dersized man in an oversized world. His “Got Respect Tour” shows the emotional and physical effects of bullying. Chris maximizes his visual difference to help
students recognize & avoid teasing & bullying among their peers. Throughout his travels nationwide, he has shared his life struggles, dis- appointments and rejections while stating his determina- tion to love and be loved in ones efforts to succeed in life. Chris will be back this spring to present each of our stu- dent’s with a free signed copy of his book “Big Message, Short Story”.

Dr. Danny Brassell also brought a positive message: : reading should always be fun! Dr. Brassell has worked in the education field for many years. Although Dr. Brassell is now a national motivational speaker and published author, he considers himself first and foremost, a teacher.
