Have you seen the fresh, new design for Florida’s Support education specialty license plate? Its bright and breezy artwork is as refreshing as a day at the beach! Not only will this new plate add some seaside sparkle to your vehicle, but it will also show your support for education. Food & Nutrition Services
Food and Nutrition Services operated the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) again this year. The SFSP provides free, nutritious meals to children in lower-income areas children during the summer. FNS served over 23,000 lunches and 17,000 breakfasts to children 33 sites county-wide. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services conducted an Administrative Review of the SFSP program the week of July 29, and we are pleased to share that FNS received “no findings” on this review.
