In an age of streaming technology, why even go to the theater?

The movies have been around for
over 130 years and movie theaters have
never really lost their popularity. Why is
that? Especially in today’s world with media streaming services like Hulu, Apple play and Netflix. All you have to do is wait a couple
of months and then you can see it from the comfort of your home. It would seem that,
like brick and morter stores, movie theaters would be crushed by the convince of the internet provided services, however movie theaters are stilll doing well for themselves. What about the theaters make people wanna go?
1 TO SEE IT FIRST
A reason people go to the movies is to see it as soon as possible, this is usually only with the more popular films like Jurassic World, Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Black Panther. Or when a producer or actor part takes in a movie, this incentivizes fans to go see it in the movies rather than wait for it. Such as fans of James Cameron (producer of Titanic, Avatar, and Alita: Battle Angel), they would go to see what crazy special effect he has created this time for his movie.

EXPERIENCE IT IN THE THEATERS
Movies have been giving viewers a unique encounter for the last 130 years, ating the Movie Experience for generations. The simple fact is that you cannot experience any movie better than being inside of that theatre room. The feelings of digging your hands into a bag of buttery popcorn and watching the hottest actors in the newest films on the big screen. Sure it is more convenient to wait for the movie to come out on your favorite online streaming service, however, you won’t be able to immerse yourself into the film as much as

The Cinema has been an icon for American culture for decades. Ironically, in ntless movies, it portraits the movie theaters as a place for friends and family to hang out and enjoys each other’s company, which is completely true. In today’s world that is still true and has been true for many years. That families and friends spend their time together at the movie theaters. People don’t go to the movies alone, they go with friends and family
and talk about the movie hours after seeing it. DATES

Let’s first clarify that I do not recommend going to the movies as your first date ause that is not at all a proper first date idea. This being said, the movie theaters is a great casual date idea, if you just wanna have an easy date. Usually, the movie would be accompanied with a dinner afterward so you can talk about the movie of your food. The great thing about this idea is that new movies come out all the time and so you can go to the theaters with your special someone periodically, just don’t overdo it. Once in a while take
that special someone somewhere special.
