COUNTY IT ANNOUNCES SELF-SERVICE PASSWORD RESET
County IT has announced a new self-service password reset tool which allows employees to unlock or change a forgotten password securely from anywhere they have internet access.
All employees should have received an email from SSPR@BrevardFL.Gov, a legitimate request from County IT, prompting users to complete profiles allowing access to the service.
If you have yet to do so, users are encouraged to go to https://sspr.brevardfl.gov/home.html and to then click on "My Account". Users will then login with their current network account credentials, provide all of the required details, an alternate email address, and answers to at least 3 security questions is also required.
The IT Helpdesk is asking those whom need assistance in setting up their profiles to call them at 321-617-7399.
