Section 2: Mental Health Referral/Procedures
Licensed agencies listed in the manual are arranged alphabetically.
Families with private insurance should contact their insurance provider to inquire about coverage for mental health services. The insurance company may assist with a list of providers accepting the private insurance coverage.
The listings in this directory have been limited to licensed practitioners, however, there can be no presumption as to the quality or effectiveness of the services of any of these practitioners. No responsibility can be attached to the availability of this directory.
In consultation with the parent/guardian who is requesting assistance, a minimum of three resources may be provided from the directory. Please take into consideration the need of the family, geographic location, and the areas of expertise of the mental health professionals.
