1. BPS was the #1 large school district in Florida based on 2018 student assessment results due to the hard work of our teachers and students.
2. Three BPS schools were named 2017 National Blue Ribbon Schools (out of 12 total in Florida). Additionally, West Shore Jr./Sr. High was recognized in 2018.
3. Out of 83 schools, 64 have earned state Five Star awards for volunteerism and community engagement; 25 deemed state Schools of Excellence, earning greater autonomy.
