New Allied Member / Service Provider Directory on LHAT.org

Love LHAT’s Historic Theatre Resource Guide? Love having a complete list of service providers,
consultants and suppliers who are also members of LHAT all in one place? Realize you need help and
wish you could conjure that list up on the fly? Then we have a new tool that will be perfect for you!
We have launched the “Allied Member/Service Provider Directory ” on LHAT.org . This page supports
the Resource Guide by providing online the same information found in the Allied Member Directory
section of the Guide. This tool is accessible to Theatre & Allied Members in the “Member Center”. You
will find the page listed under “Member Center” as “Service Provider Directory”.

You will still receive the printed inLEAGUE in the fall that contains the service provider directory. We
are just hoping that making the directory available online will make it easier for members to reach
each other when they need products and/or services our Allied members can provide.
This new online tool is made up of two pages on our website. The first page lists Allied members under
the category that best describes the products and/or services they provide (e.g., restoration of signs/
marquees). This “overview” makes it easy to find the right Allied member to help with a particular
need. On this page, each Allied member’s organization name links to the second page of the
tool, which is an alphabetical listing of Allied members that includes full contact information and a
detailed description of their services. On the first page, when you click on the organization you are
interested in learning more about, you will jump right to their detailed listing on the second page. If
you want to scan the entire detailed directory page, there will be a link at the top of the overview
page to go to beginning of the second (directory) page.
Don’t worry -- you’ll still have access to existing tools like the full online member directory, and we’ll
still be publishing the printed Resource Guide/Allied Member Directory each fall. Just think of this new
online Allied Member resource as a valuable addition to your LHAT Historic Theatre Toolkit!
Allied members are encouraged to provide updates to their listings to ensure they remain accurate
by emailing helpdesk@lhat.org . We also encourage Allied members to make sure their organization
is listed under the correct service they provide. Currently each Allied member is only listed under one
category of products and services. If your organization should be listed under additional categories,
please contact Theresa Grier at tgrier@lhat.org about adding your organization under the additional
headings.
