In the last twenty years, we have built a
specialized practice that focuses on helping
not-for-profit organizations and other companies
renovate historic theaters. We have designed
comprehensive renovations for the American
Airlines Theater on Broadway and the Laura
Pels Theatre off-Broadway. We have also
designed phased master plans for theaters
like Studio 54 and the St. George Theater and
completed multiple phased renovations for those
theaters. We are actively engaged in Capital
Planning exercises for the Public Theater and
the Roundabout Theatre Company. We have
worked on renovations for smaller theaters like
the Soho Rep, and we have also worked on
