Greeting, Welcoming and Introducing Oneself
When meeting members of a tour on arrival, a guide performs the
following activities such as greeting, welcoming and introducing
himself. In introducing himself, the tour guidementions his full name,
tour operator’s name, business address and other supporting
information. Some examples of greeting, welcoming and introducing
one’s self are as follows.
1. Good morning, welcome to Bandung. I am David Mahardika, your
guide for this tour. I’ll tell you all about the things you will see. If
you have any questions, you feel free to ask. It is my job to answer
