Rajesh Jagasia the founder of Right Justice Advocates and Associates, is LLB from
Mumbai University, Mumbai, India, with an experience of over 30years, especially in
Civil and Criminal cases. Have practiced law in Dubai, UAE, since 1996.Now also have
cases handled in Mumbai, India.
Rajesh Jagasia had have their clientele of Multinationals and sme’s.2003 started
consultancy firm by name of Kamraj Consultancy which was expanded into 2 oces
in China, in Guangzhou and Yiwu. Have successfully executed enforcements in China,
Indonesia, UAE.
With United Arab Emirates as the head oce of law practice for Right Justice
Advocates and Associates, we provide following services to our clients in UAE
and Internationally.
i) Investigations for any kind of product including trade mark registration and also
search of trade names and research for infringers of trade mark registered. Also
carry out enforcements on Infringers of trademark.
ii) We open civil and criminal cases in name of client and/or through our associated
local lawyers. Also do intelligence gathering on civil and criminal cases and for
parallel products.
iii) We are associated with lawyers internationally. We also have team of
Chartered Accountants who take care of accounts, audits, tax.
Iv) WE also do : Banking and finance for clients by providing financial instruments
V) WE have done Recoveries Internationally and can handle it in major countries
of world. ALSO we have started ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING solving compliance
issues and also getting to source of Money Laundering
