Day
The Millennium School, Amritsar organised Parent Student Project
day on 7th September. There was an overwhelming participation
from more than 70 parents and students. Dr. Naresh Pal Singh
Saini, Head of Physics Department, GNDU and members from the
'Voice of Amritsar' joined the event as chief guests. The event was
organised keeping in mind the necessity of productive partnership
between students and parents in maximising student engagement.
According to a recent government poll, parents play a critical role

in helping both teachers and students succeed academically. Not
only this but working with models can also enhance system's
thinking abilities. The parents and the students participated with a
great enthusiasm which was projected through their splendid
display of models. Also, the 'Voice of Amritsar' honoured all the
participants by giving Green Plants with a wonderful message: 'Say
no
no to plastic'
