Once this Tate Lyle plant met their goal of 1 million
man hours without a lost time incident, a complete
range of leather jacket sizes were sent to the plant site.
Through the following month, each employee had the
opportunity to find the jacket that best fit their needs.
Then, at the event to celebrate this accomplishment,
jackets were handed out with each employee
recognized for their contribution to meeting this
important goal.
