Sensitivity Testing

The long list of projects can be prioritised through the use of scenarios to
support decision making by the Board:

▪ Scenario 1 – equal weighting given to all eight CSF

▪ Scenario 2-4 – where selected CSF are prioritised and given a higher

weighting

Discussion with the Town Deal Board indicated that enhanced weighting

could be given to:

1. Fit with the 10 Strategic Objectives

2. The degree of transformative impact

5. Extent to which it secures inclusive growth
