On this auspicious occasion, His Majesty the King has graciously granted Mr. Kasem Watanachai, Privy Councillor, as his representative on the 43rd Commencement Ceremony of the National Institute of Development Administration.
On behalf of the National Institute of Development Administration, the management team and I would like to express our heartfelt congratulations to this year’s graduates. Your graduation from NIDA is regarded as a big step to a new stage of life you have achieved through your strident determination.
Ph.D. and Master graduates who graduated from this prestigious institution are high caliber, rich in profound knowledge, the true honor and pride of the institution.
