building. Employees who are on leave or working remotely are NOT required to complete the
daily screener. If you receive a RED flag after completing the daily screener, please contact
Human Resources and request sub coverage.
The District will offer on-site testing for employees who become ill during the day. A registered
nurse will perform the test and will notify the employee and Human Resources of the results. The
rapid test is provided on-site at no cost to the employee and will provide timely notification.
Employees can only be granted access to work remotely by Human Resources after a personal
interview and analysis of the situation. Mr. Shank will send daily screening information regarding
staff to Lynn Dudas and to the campus administration regarding students.
COVID-19 Procedures
Employees who test positive for COVID-19 or who inform Human Resources that they have been
exposed to a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 are required to contact the Office of
Human Resources and/or Lynn Duda at (708) 679-5742 regarding next steps. The Office of
Human Resources will retain the data and will facilitate contract tracing. Below you will find the
proper procedure when reporting this information to Human Resources:
1. Employee takes a COVID-19 test or informs Human Resources that they have been
exposed to a person who tested positive for COVID-19. Please email Lynn Duda
at Lduda@rich227.org and ‘cc’ Kechols@rich227.org.
2. Scan or screen shot your results or confirmation of your appointment to test for COVID-
19 and email to Lduda@rich227.org.
3. Human Resources will discuss your individual situation and will direct you to quarantine
while you are recovering from COVID-19 or while you are waiting on confirmation of
your test results.
4. Scan a copy of your results to lduda@rich227.org and kechols@rich227.org. The results
will be placed in your confidential medical file.
5. The Office of Human Resources will conduct an interview with the employee.
6. Human Resources will begin contact tracing.
7. Human Resources will discuss workplace accommodations with each employee
COVID-19 Reminders
Employees are reminded to frequently wash your hands, wear a mask, maintain social distancing
of at least six feet and do not congregate in large groups. Please report concerns to the building
administration or Human Resources Office.
