Academy Leads: Work directly with course teams to support standard identification and placement in appropriate shared
location. Schedule time to monitor progress (praise/redirect). Show exemplar work.
Associate Principals: Schedule time during LSW’s and SIP Days to continue the work. Schedule time during Friday
Department meetings to check-in with course teams to monitor progress.
Principal/District Office: Provide resources, support, and professional development to staff as needed. Create timelines and
opportunities for staff to continue the work and share out their progress throughout the school year and into the next
school year.
