Results from the StyleProfile™ are presented using a scale from 0 to 100%, with 100% being
highly desirable. To identify candidates for the next step in your selection process, Humanex
Ventures recommends considering the most desirable scores using guidelines from the
following scales:

Principal: Screener designed for building and district-level administrators who are responsible
for growth and development of teaching and non-teaching staff. Roles include Principal or
Assistant Principal positions.
Talent Scores
Recommend range: 44% - 100%
Conditional Recommend range: 38% - 43%
Not Recommend range: 0% - 37%
