Instructional Programs Professional Development & Implementation Timeline
Instructional Programs
CT3 Participants reflect on relationship approaches with regard to classroom culture and managing
NNN student learning. The workshop is facilitated through thought-provoking classroom video
investigations, lively discussions, opportunities for self-reflection and analysis, role-plays and
rehearsal to increase teachers’ skills and confidence as effective No-Nonsense Nurturers.
Outcomes:
• Participants will have a clear understanding of the No-Nonsense Nurturer Model
• Participants will understand how relationship-building paradigms impact their effectiveness
with students
• Participants will have the commitment and ability to implement the NNN Four-Step Model to
advance student motivation, participation, engagement, and achievement.
AP Equity Identify the barriers that prevent students from taking AP courses and persisting to the AP
exam.
Challenge those barriers and create supports for teachers and students for an equitable AP
Program.
Edgenuity Credit recovery courses help high-school students recover credits to graduate on time. The self-
paced learning and pretesting in our online curriculum allow students to spend more time on
what they need and less time on content they’ve already mastered.
Academic Customized professional development delivered online or in-person that deepens understanding
Approach of standards and assessment, builds a data-driven culture, infuses rigor throughout your school,
and supports your teachers in delivering the most targeted skills-based instruction efficiently
ASCA RAMP Recognition for delivering a data-informed school counseling program. The
SM
RAMP application process is the culmination of the implementation of a school counseling
program. Once your school has a program in place, you will need at least one entire academic
year to collect the data and information needed to fulfill the RAMP application requirements.
Co-Teaching This course is designed to build the competencies of educators to successfully incorporate the
(PCG) belief systems, effective instructional skills, new models of staffing and service delivery and
authentic collaboration into their practice. When these goals are reached at a systemic level,
achievement for all students in increased, teacher effectiveness is enhanced and a more positive
culture for teaching and learning is realized.

professional development, and 7-day per week live support for Computer Science
International A challenging framework that encourages students to make practical connections between their
Baccalaureate studies and the real world, the MYP is inclusive by design; students of all interests and
academic abilities can benefit from their participation.
INCubatoredu INCubatoredu is a full-year course offering an authentic entrepreneurship experience as
students develop their own product or service startup.
PLTW An engaging, hands-on classroom environment that empowers students to develop in-demand
knowledge and skills they need to thrive. PLTW also provides teachers with the training,
resources, and support they need to engage students in real-world learning.
Pre-AP The Pre-AP Program is a program offered to schools by College Board. Pre-AP courses deliver
grade-level appropriate instruction through focused course frameworks, instructional resources,
learning checkpoints, and collaborative educator workshops. They are designed to support all
students across varying levels of abilities through focus. The Program grants educators and
their students the space and time for deep engagement with content.
