Numbering System Key

The administrative procedure or exhibit’s number correlates to the adopted school
board policy which provides authority for or requires the written procedure.

For example: Administrative Procedure 4:170-AP and Exhibit 4:170-E1

If an exhibit relates directly to a particular AP, i.e. it is referenced in the body of
the AP itself, the numbering is as follows.

For example: Administrative Procedure 4:170-AP7 and Exhibits 4:170-E1, E2

4 : 170 - AP7

4 : 170 - AP7, E1

4 : 170 - AP7, E2

If district has added a unique policy that requires a procedure or exhibit the policy
will be coded with an even number – 4:172, etc., and any procedures and
exhibits will be coded accordingly.
