Emma also works extensively as one of London’s top cabaret compères, under the guise of her alter-ego, ‘Chastity Belt’. She hosts in several of the top cabaret venues across London, including the RVT, Kettner’s and The Aeronaut. She is also a resident at Proud Cabaret, where through stand-up comedy and song, she hosts shows containing the finest burlesque and vaudeville stars from around the country.

Whilst living in Australia, Nick founded Scorch Theatre with Helen Tonkin for whom he has acted, written and directed. Productions include Anorak of Fire – The Life and Times of Gus Gascoigne, Trainspotter (Zenith Theatre, Sydney), Power Lunch (Tap Gallery, Sydney), Love That Dog (Belvoir St Theatre, Sydney) and The Night Heron (Griffin Theatre, Sydney). Nick’s own play Hope Gap was also developed under Griffin Searchlight and later received a run in the UK. Nick is also an associate member of theatre collective Two Bins. His directing work with them includes After Party and Cuckoo, both of which received Argus Angel Awards for Excellence in Theatre, and WWI drama To the Green Fields Beyond. He played Mike in Joe Penhall’s The Bullet and Gaffer Hexham in Franklyn McCabe’s adaptation of Our Mutual Friend. Nick’s next play FICWAS is in development.
