Assessing stakeholder/customer needs is an important element in building the organisation strategy. Have a closer look at your relation pattern. Possibly you maintain contacts with:

How important are these stakeholders to you, what is their influence, what do they expect from you? For what reason do they want to have a closer relationship and collaboration with your network and what services do they require from the network?
