• Task
Conduct stakeholder research by mapping and interviewing relevant stakeholders.
Keep it simple, you don’t have to conduct a scientific research. Check the following;
- What is your stakeholder's behaviour like, for instance: what kind of products or services do they actually buy or what kind of projects do they participate in (or fund!)?
- Is your organisation providing products or services that your relevant stakeholders need and want?
- Do your services, products or projects need to be improved according to stakeholders?
- Are your stakeholders happy with your organisation, your services, delivery model, pricing?
- Do your stakeholders have wants and needs which are not yet fulfilled by your organisation and other providers?
