                       Theresa Loux.  Theresa  is  the  Technical  Director  for  Aero  Aggregates  of  North  America
                       where  her  primary  responsibilities  include  overseeing  Aero’s  research  and  development
                       activities,  technical  documentation,  engineering  support,  quality  control  program,  and
                       education and outreach efforts.  Theresa brings to Aero over ten years of combined industry
                       and academic experience. In the past, she has been involved in and managed a variety
                       of civil, geotechnical, and geoenvironmental consulting and construction projects in the
                       Mid-Atlantic United States. Additionally, Theresa has taught geotechnical and other civil
                       engineering courses at Rowan, Drexel, Temple, and Bucknell Universities and is the current
     vice-chair of the Geo-Institute’s Delaware Valley Chapter.


     Christian  Lundskog.  Christian  is  a  Research  Assistant  conducting  research  related  to
     lightweight cellular concrete at Brigham Young University (BYU). Christian completed his BS
     degree in Civil Engineering at BYU in April 2020 and is expecting to receive his MS degree in
     June 2021. He has worked as an intern with a geotechnical consulting firm and with a land
     development company.


                       Dave Mackintosh, PE, GE, D.GE Principal. Dave started as a rock me-
                       chanics technician at the newly opened Cominco, now Nutrien, Vanscoy  Saskatchewan
                       potash  mine  in  1969.  Completing  a  BSc.  in  geology  at  the  University  of  Saskatchewan
                       in 1985, Dave  continued as chief mine engineer then senior project en- gineer  at  Com-
                       inco until 1996, when looking for new challenges, formed ADM Consulting  Limited.          Since
                       then, Dave has been fortunate to work on projects in Thailand, Argentina and Brazil, Britain,
                       the Congo, and the U.S. and Canada. Dave has published numerous papers on potash
                       rock mechanics and geology, and continues to mentor students as well as incumbent rock
                       mechanics engineers at various mines. Dave is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Mining
     and Metallurgy, a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan,
     the CIM Rock Engineering Society and the International Society of Rock Mechanics.


     Ryan Maw,  PE, GE,  D.GE  Principal.  Ryan’s  career  spans  14  years.  He  is  a  licensed
     professional and geotechnical engineer with experience providing innovative and practical
     solutions to geotechnical challenges and geologic hazards as a technical consultant and
     practitioner on projects across the Intermountain West and West Coast. His project portfolio
     spans a wide range of infrastructure, geologic conditions, and delivery methods, including
     design-bid-build, design-build (DB), progressive design-build, and CM/GC. Ryan completed
     his undergraduate and graduate education at Utah State University. His graduate research
     involved the coordination of multiple field teams, state and federal transportation officials,
     and technical experts with a focus on a potential failure modes analysis for a portfolio of
     geotechnical assets for the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT). As a member of the American Society
     of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI), Maw serves at a national level on the
     Embankments, Dams, and Slopes; Earthquake Engineering and Soil Dynamics; and Driven Pile committees. He
     has been recognized nationally by ASCE, along with a select group of others, as one of the Next-Generation
     Geo-Professionals for his efforts in research as well as contributions to industry and practice. Maw has authored
     multiple industry papers and publications, including State of Utah Infrastructure Report Card, Dams, Levees
     and Seismic hazards. He has presented and lectured at numerous conferences such as Deep Foundations
     Institute, Transportation Research Board and ASCE, National Engineers Week, to name a few.
