Membership Classes and Charges

FULL EQUITY GOLF MEMBERSHIP

Family Membership (Includes children age 22 & under)
One-Time Initiation Fee: $4,500
Monthly Dues: $417 (Increasing to $440 effective March 31)
Monthly Capital Improvement Fee: $65
$160 Food & Beverage Minimum per Quarter (Includes alcohol)

JUNIOR GOLF MEMBERSHIP

Primary Member age 39 & under. Family Membership (Includes children age 22 & under)
One-Time Initiation Fee: $4,500
Monthly Dues: $333 (Increasing to $352 effective March 31)
Monthly Capital Improvement Fee: $65
$160 Food & Beverage Minimum per Quarter (Includes alcohol)

CORPORATE GOLF MEMBERSHIP

Primary & Designee members must be actively engaged in the business as employee
One-Time Initiation Fee: Primary Member - $6,750 Designee (Up to 5) - $2,250
Primary and Designee are subject to all dues, minimums, assessments and other charges
applicable to Full Members.
Monthly Dues: Primary Member - $417 April- $440) Designee - inquire
Monthly Capital Improvement Fee (Primary & Designee): $65

TWILIGHT GOLF MEMBERSHIP

Family Membership (Includes children age 22 & under)
One-Time Initiation Fee: $1,800
Golf during twilight hours (June-August after 4pm) (September-May after 3pm)
Participation in leagues during twilight hours
Opportunities to play outside time frame at guest rate (2 weekday and weekend mornings.
Monthly Dues: $264
Monthly Capital Improvement Fee: $39
$160 Food & Beverage Minimum per Quarter (Includes alcohol)

*All Golf memberships include access to the Private Club Network with over 200 private clubs across the country.
Other yearly dues include Range - $230, Online tee time system - $25

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

Family Membership (Includes children age 22 & under)
One-Time Initiation Fee: $200
Monthly Dues: $25 (Increasing to $30 effective March 31)
Monthly Capital Improvement Fee: $5
Optional: Annual Driving Range Pass: $330
$160 Food & Beverage Minimum per Quarter (Includes alcohol)

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Annual Cart Pass: $750 (Single Rider) * $850 (Family)
GHIN Handicap: $40/person Annual

Perry Park Country Club is a private, 501(c)7 golf and social club. Application for all memberships must be made in writing and
receive approval of the club's Membership Committee and Board of Directors.
