22 June 2016
Those that haven’t and I do note you make clear “that’s a new one” etc in places, I will further reply in detail. I am pleased to hear we are at last getting closer to the end than the beginning.
Ref: Mrs Michele Hillgarth & now Mitre House Management Limited & RBK&C
Thank you for your letter of 21 June 2016 with reasonable queries for which I am grateful.
I would though be even more grateful if indeed I could have a little more time to reply than by Friday 24 June, seeing as tomorrow is the Referendum to which I will be glued all day and night, and in truth, even though I have proved my efficiency and expediency to date in replying comprehensively almost by return, your letter does require me to further peruse all our previous very lengthy correspondence and any supporting paperwork so far supplied, as I’m reasonably certain that most queries in your letter have been previously addressed.
I do attach one reasonably relevant notification sent to all lessees on 1 October 2014 [one month into the main works’ schedule] which does, but admittedly apparently no longer in dispute hopefully, evidence Mrs Hillgarth’s lack of ability to recall her memory of events and notifications, as indeed you made great play of non-compliance with the various statutes as required re: Section 20 Notices etc - all of which I hopefully disproved in previous correspondence with honest and truthful answers.
This particular notification [with others included] does even more evidence my statements to date as the contents of which are irrefutably law abiding. I would be interested to know if Mrs Hillgarth, and/or her fellow malcontents, can recall receiving, and if so, how could so many concerns have been raised by you in your correspondence, as this small bundle [hopefully in the voluminous] covers vast areas of your stated concerns to date?
Such as: Non payment of agreed contributions/resultant Reserves etc/Tank & TVSky payments by some not all/Section 20 Notice for Tank if needed/the state of Water tank and quote - all of which I would propose is proof perfect that MHML did everything by the book under extremely exasperating circumstances [hence some inappropriate language etc] made somewhat almost impossible by the disorganised misinformation made by your client to other lessees to the detriment of all concerned and proof perfect of a total lack of consistency from any alleged virtual majority!
I am hopeful my request for some additional time is acceptable, could we say by Tuesday 27th June close of play? Yours sincerely,
Paul Brown-Constable
