Diego,
Further to your email request of yesterday and my hopefully clear and concise reply, please peruse the following statistics which add some further credibility to those replies and in the case of your item (4) management fees, somewhat discredits your assumptions. All the figures below are verifiable from previous sets of accounts 2005 - 2014 and the 2016 Budget Proposal.
Our previous Agents’ fees (namely Haywards until KFH took the reins in 2008 and subsequently MHML in 2012) were/are as follows commencing 2005 -:
2005 / £3200 2006 / £3360 2007 / £3476 2008 / £3525 2009 / £3644 2010 / £3740 2011 / £3915 2012 / £4320 2013 / £4320 2014 / £4320 2015 / £4850 2016 / £4995
Averaging 5.6% over the 10 year period meaning the 2016 increase is only 3% as opposed to the average 5.6% with, as I said, exemplary service and expediency, which you cannot possibly deny.
General Repairs 2005 - 2016
2005 / £93 2006 / £1039 2007 / £1232
2008 / £2165
