maintained Mitre House, as opposed to an additional cost per lessee of approximately, and this is the lowest computation, of £2555 over the same three years to YE2014 had our previous Agents, KFH, continued to represent Mitre House. That figure would rise considerably, very considerably, had KFH organised and executed the recent Internals/Externals plus the various other miscellaneous repairs and improvements experienced during our now four year tenure.
Again all figures mentioned in these two paragraphs above and elsewhere are totally verifiable from previous sets of accounts.
