I would be grateful for a reply to my letter of 20 July 2016.

In the absence of a reply nor indeed acknowledgement I can only presume it was either not received, you and or your client are incapacitated or on vacation or you are unable or unwilling to supply the information requested.
As no doubt you will appreciate, I can hardly be expected to respond in required detail to your 12 July 2016 Draft Notice, as I promised I would do by 6pm on 29th July, if I do not have the answers to my valid queries as requested in my letter of 20 July to which your Draft Notice refers in detail.
I attach a copy of my 20 July letter in case of non receipt (following your two phone calls).
On receipt of your reply with my requested information I will, by return, respond to your Draft Notice dated 12 July which will only be delayed if indeed the requested information requires yet further research to comment on, agree to or no doubt simply disprove yet again.
I can assure you that I will be sending irrefutable documentation to fully substantiate my comments attached to your Draft Notice which thoroughly refutes your opinions as outlined in your 12 July Draft Notice. But I do require the information I have requested of you prior to me presenting, as that too, requires my full attention if needs refuting.
Of course if you cannot supply the requested information or are unwilling to do so, please advise soonest so I too can take my summer break and consider this affair concluded as all accusations remain denied and disproved.
