The position that Mitre House Management Limited holds as the head landlord of the property has led to real difficulty and has meant that the leaseholders have been obliged to suffer the most rude and abusive com- munications from Mr Brown-Constable, which would never have been tolerated from an independent manag- ing agent. The position which currently obtains at Mitre House has for some time been totally unacceptable to a number of the leaseholders, including myself, and l will be very pleased if the Property Tribunal will act to remedy the matter.
