Ref (iii)_Draft Proceedings - to recover for your client a one ninth share of the monies misspent on the refur- bishment project etc - patent nonsense with or without the audio recording as emails, most pertinently those of 11th and 13th September amply evidence, let alone those of 10th and 28th August (electrics) - and the audio is simply yet further incontrovertible proof that your client agreed to savings being made to fund unaffordable addi- tional works she had sourced and discussed at length with other lessees, and those savings were to be made and spent “anyway we want and no money will be returned to the leaseholders”.
Why no return of savings to lessees? As she exclaims “will be used for something else”, followed by “well then everybody will be happy.” And to be fair, you’d have to economically brain dead to have not agreed!
If you or Mrs Hillgarth continue to maintain that our 6 hour 45 minute recording of the 23 May 2014 Board Meeting has in any way been “tampered with”, “doctored”, “faked” or comments made were made “out of con- text”, or that no music was playing and one “accent” was considered unrecognisable and Mrs Hillgarth was not informed a recording was to be made for sake of record, then we’ll see you in court.

was disposed of in a perfectly normal way. Mrs Hillgarth was previously indebted to MHML (£285) and was again debited for that debt in the same fashion. Her credit rating is zero.
Your “cheque rule” and other legal gobbly-gook is no doubt for the benefit of your client and your reluctance in advising your client to bring this whole sorry episode to a closure in light of the audio recording let alone your client’s own admission that neither she nor any other lessee requested and was denied documents from our 2014 accounts. She’s lied from day one with you, over 5 years with MHML and well over a decade with me.
