Further to your letter of 21 June 2016 with reasonable queries and my reply of 22 June requesting an extension to your deadline of Friday 24 June, until Tuesday 28 June, I’m afraid I’ve missed that as well.
I am hopeful to send you all requested items but as it’s quite a lot (Schedule of Works runs to 44pp as example, and there are other hefty documents I’m sourcing relevant to this affair).
As such, would you permit a revised deadline of Thursday 30 June end of day?
In the meantime I attach one legendary document in response to one query you raised in your 21 June 2016 letter.
I can also confirm that our “works” Surveyor was not in any way involved in Mrs Hillgarth’s RTM affair. As you will appreciate from the attached, there was no reason to involve anybody as it was a failed attempt from day one as indeed is evidence in correspondence I had with Mrs Hillgarth, her Solicitors, our Solicitors and our Freeholder and their Agents at the time.
I would finally add that reference to this now legendary email from Mrs Hillgarth on 7 April 2011 has been referred to in well over 30 emails to Mrs Hillgarth subsequent to her failed application, and in again my correspondence with you.
I would also add that this is proof perfect of Mrs Hillgarth inability to recall situations correctly and accurately. As has already been well advised and I hope well established, Mrs Hillgarth, despite this 25% restriction which she had sourced herself, still involved other lessees in her RTM application at, no doubt, considerable cost to her fellow RTM associates.
I would propose the exact same is happening again with this latest affair.
I am hopeful my request for some additional time is acceptable. And I will not request further time, I promise. Yours sincerely,
