MHML made these sensible savings (See above.... and revisit the “game, set and match” email of 13 Sept 2014), and purchased all items required, lights etc, paid contractors, electricians etc, and other various suppliers, carpenters etc, and yes, wherever possible did some work ourselves which could be done cheaper than using outside suppliers/contractors etc. All as explained ad nauseam to date.
Exactly as you’re inferring: you now say: "this was not retained by MHML but spent by MHML for the benefit of all lessees from savings made from the SecPon 20 budget of £105,019 on addiPonal works - how could MHML have paid and arranged execuPon of the “addiPonal works” unless funds were in place to do so? You appear to be inferring that savings were made but never spent and MHML pocketed the lot....? That’s a tricky one to substanPate seeing as you have reams of emails outlining addiPonal works, savings being made to fund the addiPonal works and complaints from Mrs Hillgarth as to their “shoddy: DIY professionalism, competence and whatever else that takes her fancy? Are the addiPonal works denied to have been undertaken, are the addiPonal works in good evidence at Mitre House. Were they done at no cost?
(my comment) on yours: Since much of this so-called "addiRonal" work has apparently been
carried out by yourself, l take this to mean that £31,765.21 was actually paid by
MHML to you personally and to your subcontractors (if any). Why “much” as
opposed to some? Why would £31,765 be paid to me or MHML? It was “used” to
pay for all addiRonal works, the supplies needed, the labour, the Rme, the
various electricians, specialists etc including MHML and my goodself for our input
and saving lessees the difference between Mrs Hillgarth’s Wade quote of £60,000 and the £31,756...!
As regards your "addiRonal works” for which £31,765.21 has apparently been charged to MHML, (my comment) charged to MHML...? Another aberraPon - Nothing was charged to MHML - MHML saved £31,756 and spent £31,756 as the interior of Mitre House well evidences.
o)_ In a le)er from Solicitor Begg to MHML dated 9 December 2016 (with PBC comments in response on le)er) - he writes:
(a) that you departed from the agreed schedule of works in so far as you carried out "addiRonal works "; (nothing of importance was departed from, but added to..) and
(b) that you changed the agreed décor to one of your own choosing; (define “agreed by who? Certainly not any virtual majority as previously disproven - l note the accent on décor!)

(c) that you did not use AR Lawrence exclusively for the works but engaged other
contractors, including electricians and carpenters, who were not supervised by AR Lawrence; (I think you’ll find that AR Lawrence did all their quoted work themselves without my or anyone else’s assistance? They did not do the works they had not costed in their tender)

(d) that you did some of the work yourself and that some part of the £31,765 was used
to pay you personally (”my goodself’, as you put it); (well, if someone does a job of work there are usually costs involved - or are you inferring that because I am Paul Brown- Constable as opposed to Joe Bloggs, I do not qualify for reimbursement for works done or that
