lieu of a payment made to all Directors for a 25% share of lease extension monies received.
Tricky - no idea legal or not - you were happy with how we did it? He calls it a Dividend and I’ve made clear no Dividends paid only on invoice.....
k) the fact that MHML were illegally charging fees for time and costs in managing Mitre House since 2012
This is nitpicking rubbish - only worry being as I always told you, we should really have an s.20 but we get around that by an annually restored budget approval - only argument could be over the fee charged but it’s no problemo...
l) the fact that MHML (Paul Brown-Constable) organised, arranged and managed additional workings outside of the Schedule of Works using funds saved from the agreed s.20 budget of £105,019 without first gaining permission from the other leaseholders.

n) the fact that despite a request from Mrs Hillgarth on 17 December 2015 to view invoices from the 2014 Accounts dated 30 May 2015, Paul Brown-Constable refused her request stating the statutory 6 month limit for access.
She was answered - told to wait until after Xmas - told her also she was 17 days late...never heard another word until Begg’s 23 March 2016 - told him too, but remember we offered to bike over but never replied to.
o) the fact that allegedly other lessees also made requests for information which was not supplied (Mr Leigh- Pemberton since May 2015 and Mr Fortunati on 17 and 21 December 2015)

Admitted, aplogised for, apologies accepted and the few offending pieces (not our website) removed. As pre- viously pointed out, this type of behaviour, admittedly very incorrect, is endemic throughout the world and can hardly be construed as you are implying, a hanging offence. Were it so, Canonbury would not have accepted our apology with such grace. I still consider your client’s observation to be indicative of her spite- fulness.
