(d) In an email from “MH” to all lessees dated 14 June 2012 she advised:
Dear All
Following yesterday meeting, Wednesday the 14th 2012 at 4.30, which was attended by Susanna and her husband Diego Samya, Maria, Christopher and myself.
We discussed the various ideas which had been collided over the past weeks regarding the proposed works to the common parts of Mitre House.
We are now in the process of taking further quotes, and finalizing a proper schedule of works detailing princeling [pricing] what the works will involve, how they will be done, details off the stages of refurbishment and quotes with breakdown of costs .
This will all be done by an external contractor ( to be agreed ) . As you will appreciate this needs to be done in accordance with Section 20 of building regulations and will take some times to collate, but we hope to have the initial scope of works within 10 days.
Paul I need the details of flat 1 and flat 6 ( those are both company owners and as a director you must have details which I do not have )Those leaseholders must be informed like all the other leases . At the present I do not have those details. (Folder_00 Item_70)

(e) In an email from “MH” to all lessees dated 3 July 2012 she advised:
Dear all
Please find attached 6 x documents which relate to the refurbishment of Mitre House
1. A spread sheet with details of all the various quotes for the refurbishment works, and cost comparison for each contractor
2. Scope of works (produced by Susanna) which was given to contractors to quote against 3. A copy of the 2012 quote from Wade Design Partners
4. A copy of the 2012 quote from Hemi Property Services
5. A copy of the 2012 from Paul Constable Brown ( unnamed contractor / sub-contractors) 6. A copy of the 2009 quote from Surecast (from Segar)
The next stage is to formally appoint a contractor and serve Section 20 with the relevant docu- ments. Following on from Segar’s email dated 1st July 2012 confirming that regrettable the initial section 20 was served incorrectly and the next one would require a new date and new schedule of works – provided above. In my opinion it should be served by Best Gapp or a solicitor, but if the majority are happy for Mitre House Management to issue Section 20 that is fine.
Actions:
1 – Please indicate which contractor you would like us to appoint based on the attached quotes. 2 – Please indicate if you would like Section 20 to be issued by Mitre House Management, Best
Gapp or a solicitor.
Your response, as required by Segar, is no later than this Friday the 6th July 2012.
