Perhaps in your absence one of your fellow directors can supply us with the relevant documents re expenditure on the major works, which come under either, and or 2014 and or 2015 accounting year, which ever it is we would like to see both, receipts and invoices.
I believe one of your co directors is a Mr Segar karupiah, should i contact him for the relevant documents ?.
