We have been looking over the accounts you have sent out to Chelsea and Belgravia for year ending December 2015 and find that there is still no explanation of the sums expended from the reserve fund for the major works.
The total sum appears to be £105,877 for the refurbishment of Mitre House, we were, as asked for last year, expecting a breakdown of the money spent by you.
Could i ask you therefore to supply us with a comprehensive breakdown of how our money was spent and to whom, in excel form would be fine.
