I ask those question for obvious reasons, most pertinently, as I think, I hope, that I have answered each and every query raised by you to date in our very lengthy comprehensive correspondence to date. You will, though, note points [1 - 5] in Macfarlanes’s letter to which I have again responded to each truthfully, and hopefully, my responses are identical in detail and veracity to those to which you have previously raised in your correspondence and to which I have supplied with irrefutable evidence. I do appreciate, despite requests to do so, you have never confirmed the veracity of my denials.
I note, though, reference in Macfarlanes’ item 1, reference to “lack of provision of full and/or adequate service charge accounts for the years ending 31 December 2014 and 31 December 2015 to the long leaseholders?”
I was not aware that now our actual supplying of annual year ending Service Charge accounts (2014 & 2015) is in dispute, or is this yet another example of Mrs Hillgarth’s mischievous innuendos? Please advise or confirm.
Hopefully you and Mrs Hillgarth will not disagree with the responses I have given to all points in Macfarlanes’ letter - but if so please again advise.
A perusal of a letter [email] dated 9 October 2013 which I was required to send to our Freeholder’s Associate Property Manager representative, Bill Allen, following Mrs Hillgarth’s previous complaints to our Freeholder, does, I hope, pretty much mirror the situation now in June 2016 as it was in October 2013 - namely, nefarious and untrue statements made by Mrs Hillgarth in her very long standing dispute with previous Agents, MHML, myself and anybody with whom she disagrees, disrespects or wishes to denigrate. All of which, as you know, I have supplied full evidence of to date.
And finally, you will note an email received from her previous [RTM] Solicitors dated 26 March 2014, which were you to follow it up, I am certain that some same “disagrees, disrespects or wishes to denigrate” would be well evidenced.
