And yes, the renegotiated saving of £2125.83 for the Water Tank & TVSky installations was also utilised as indeed were other savings made, including workings that I personally executed to the concern and discomfort of Mrs Hillgarth (and her canvassed few), but all my work was done with approval and under supervision by both AR Lawrence and our Surveyor.
I do not agree, and neither does AR Lawrence nor our Surveyor, with Mrs Hillgarth’s comment that my work or indeed any other work was of a sub-standard nor unprofessional quality. Quite the contrary in fact, as had it been found to be so, as a sub-contractor, it would have been required to be corrected by both AR Lawrence and our Surveyor.
None of the work executed by any AR Lawrence sub-contractor, of which there were many, appeared on our Surveyor’s final snagging list for further attention by AR Lawrence, including the workings I arranged.
I hope this re-appraisal of exactly what you have been advised of to date, including prior to your recent referral to Mr. Belafonte, Tenancy Relations Officer at RBK&C finally brings to a close accusations of unlawfully withholding documentation from our 2014 accounts and misappropriating approved s.20 Notices’ funds.
I am sending a copy of this letter to Mr. Belafonte for his final considerations with our 100% confirmation that all above quotes and computations were published on our website as indeed were the documents I sent to Mr. Belafonte being analysis and breakdowns of all tender costings, Schedule of Works, letters from our Surveyor and replies to certain emails held on file by Mr. Belafonte (sent by you) supposedly requesting invoices from our 2014 accounts.
I am hopeful Mr. Belafonte was satisfied with my explanations, answers and documents supplied in our defence to what in reality is a personal vendetta against me by Mrs Hillgarth as she was well advised on each and every aspect stated above, not once but on multiple occasions but refused to accept the findings as true, which from copy corre- spondence and facts supplied, all my comments were true, with the exception of my sincerely apologised for ungentle- manly vocabulary at times during the most stressful period of her constant complaining and we arranging a £105,019 overhaul of the building and only going over budget by £858 yet doing AR Lawrence works in full plus Mrs Hillgarth’s and other lessees’ many demands/requests.
As stated previously in all our correspondence, if anything I have said in that same correspondence has either not been fully substantiated or considered unproven, erroneous, lies or just plain not addressed, let me know please.
As stated, our correspondence dated 18th, 25th and 27th & 28th May, all remains unacknowledged....why? Yours sincerely,
Paul Brown-Constable
