This latest attack against MHML is just yet another in a long line of failed personal and vindictive skirmishes, including those against previous Agents and indeed other lessees, when she feels the cold wind of authority blowing her way and her response has been both predictable and somewhat primitive in its presentation.
We would request if Mrs Hillgarth or your goodself have advised any other lessees, other than myself and my two co-directors, Segar Karupiah and Jamil Raja of Dima International Limited, of these proceedings or if your correspondence to date to me and my co-directors has also been advised by any other medium, email/text or by letter or phone conversation or discussion, or notified or distributed to anybody else including, freeholders’ Royal London, or their Agents or any participating lessees at Mitre House?
Any response to this request will be on the understanding of a firm assurance from Mrs Hillgarth that she has not advised, discussed, requested comment from or made representations to any other lessees or their family.
As you will no doubt fully appreciate, if Lessees were to be offered back £88,683.04 [and remember both myself and my two co-directors are also lessees] it would without doubt, in law, jeopardise and totally invalidate any independent or acceptable further reference [over and above existing correspondence/emails/etc] to any lessee for an opinion now as to their Internal decor preference or pre-works' voting preferences [we have those on file] or their neutrality or not as regards MHML’s abilities.
I can safely assure you that both myself and my two fellow co-directors would, without a shadow of a doubt, vote in any way required to be paid back our share of £88,683.04 - let alone the other lessees at Mitre House.
Yours sincerely,
Paul Brown-Constable
