Dear Mr. Maunder Taylor -
I note from your excellently presented bundle the addition of a Witness Statement from Mr Leigh Pemberton, yet included but not mentioned in dispatches, that from Mrs Hillgarth?
Is hers still live or now sensibly considered just rantings for the sake of complaining?
As regards Mr Leigh Pemberton, whom Mrs Hillgarth was claiming for six months in correspondence between MHML, (myself0, and her Solicitor, Mr Begg, that his requests for paperwork since May 2015 had been ignored and then admits in her Statement that neither she nor any other lessee including, one presumes, Mr Leigh Pemberton, had made any request....? And by definition, it was not possible to either have made a request or indeed any request to have been ignored, surely?
Anyway, you will note from my email to Mr Leigh Pemberton of 31 May 2017 (today) with the three relevant emails attached below - (which as ever with any email you wish to peruse, simply confirms yet again Mrs Hillgarth’s misrepresentation of facts), that Mr Leigh Pemberton’s recollections in his Witness Statement are as obtuse and contradictory as those to date from Mr White and Mrs Hillgarth.
I look forward to having sight of your intended fees and CV which no doubt Mrs Hillgarth is already well conversant with - if not, she’s in for one helluva shock as indeed will be other lessees once advised - something Mrs Hillgarth has been reticent in advising them to date despite requests to do so.
