As such we (“PBC”) and (“MHML”) consider (“MH”) to have been
unfair, unjust and unprofessional in what we consider to be her vindictive vendetta against most especially (“PBC”) due in part to (“MHML”) insistence she complies with her lease covenants and desist from signing off tenancy agreements stating that all consents have been granted. They never have been as they have never been requested. (“MH”) does not welcome authority nor requests.
We considered her failed RTM application to have been vexatious whilst remaining a Director of (“MHML”) and consider her Application To Appoint A Manager to be also vexatious, and in light of the denials made by (“PBC”) to date in reams of correspondence since 23 March 2016 to be frivolous as the accusations made have been disproved and are mostly incorrect.
We would respectfully reference Case No. LON/00AG/LAM/2013/0010 as an example of the situation we as Respondents find ourselves facing and consider (“MH”) is making an unmeritorious application having no relevance to a charge of poor or bad management but simply a dislike of (“PBC”).
