Dear Ms. Burrow,
Thank you for the Tribunal’s Determination document.
I regret that page 4 (see attached) is badly disfigured and illegible. Also on front cover the date of hearing should read 26 and 27th June (as opposed to 27th & 28th)
On page 2 item 3 - it mentions flat 4 - this should be flat 5 (the applicant’s flat) - and finally under item 6 on page 2, it mentions myself as Flat 8, whereas it should be Flat 7
And finally, I am somewhat perturbed that on page 2, item 7 there is no mention of my requesting of the Tribunal members to accept a transcript of an audio recording, the relevance of which was Mrs Hillgarth’s (the Applicant) denial of the audio’s authenticity, indeed that it had been tampered with, whilst under cross examination by me and as I understood her to be, under oath or at least on her honour to tell the truth.
Would you very kindly request of Judge O’Sullivan and Mr L Jarero on my behalf if this omission could be attended to once the other revisions are corrected.
I am copying in those in attendance when I asked the question and Mrs Hillgarth responded if confirmation were further required.
