Correspondence between ourselves has been exhaustive and comprehensive yet nothing has been accomplished in exonerating MHML of the various slurs and accusations levelled at both myself and MHML since your letter of 23 March 2016 despite our protestations and evidence backed supporting paperwork - in fact zero, so exactly how do you now propose we exchange the documents I requested in my 1 August letter over the telephone?

Thank you for your further two phone-calls around 3.25pm on 2 August in response to my letter of 1 August with attachments (which I note you make no mention of, but solely the 4pp addendum).
You mention you are willing to answer “my points” in a phone call? I think it already established that these particu- lar “points” can only be satisfactorily answered with the documentation I have well referred to in red on my 1 August letter. Documentary evidence of accusations made. You make very clear that you considered my alleged statement in your para (23) as being “untrue”. I totally agree it’s untrue but before you can offer your opinion of the untrue aspect surely you have to supply proof it was ever stated? So it’s down to you to disprove my denial.
That’s hardly, as you infer in your phone-call, me bargaining. It’s me being sick and tired of being erroneously accused of things never said. One single example of dozens discussed and denied and proved untrue since your 23 March 2016 letter. Indeed your para (15) being another perfect example as queried on my 1 August letter.
We cannot accomplish that over the telephone, can we? You seem oblivious to the fact when saying “you are not interested in bargaining on the various pre-conditions I seem to impose before I’m prepared to hand over this or that. You really owe it to the leaseholders to show them who was paid what for doing what in relation to the refur- bishment and they’ve been asking you this for a very long time. It’s their money not yours - I am willing to answer your points if you call me back etc....but I’m afraid I’m really not willing to waste any further time in correspondence with you.”
