This was followed up by another request on 11/8/11 (URGENT) which included:
And Michele - please advise you received my email of Tuesday (9/8/11 IMPORTANT) and this one, after we spoke yesterday - and all is agreed.
Despite me doing everything to get things sorted, phoning you, and texting and emailing, you never did contact me again despite assurances that you would the next day, but no, you contacted Mr. Hodges via telephone and email, thereby creating more work for him (and thereby possibly adding expenses over and above my initial briefing with him), requiring him to then contact me and forward messages to me etc. As such and because neither he nor I had the required exact directors details as requested above, I was unable to add your details by the deadline preferring to wait until your return to do so without any errors.
All of which slowed down the whole simple process necessitating extra work, time and frustration.
I fully appreciate your comment as regards you having confirmed to both Mr Hodges and myself (which I copied to the others) that you wished to proceed, solo if necessary, as early as 29/7/11 - just 2 weeks after the Auction, whereas we others were still investigating many, many aspects of the responsibilities, benefits (if any), actual total costs, Samya in or out (reams of queries) and how best to run the place if we proceed.
As such, the IMPORTANT email I sent everyone on 9/8/11 outlined my final analysis based on final research which had, thanks to a lot of research, a big benefit and consequently my vote was Yes - and can I have final confirmation from Segar, Jamil and you if all are in agreement based on my final findings, plus Directors details (as I had by now also formed the company) so I could pass over everything to Mr Hodges to finalise things on 11/8/11 well before the looming week-end and Monday's 15th deadline. I followed that up with an URGENT 11/8/11 email informing all that Samya had dropped out and therefore costs per member would rise accordingly and a reminder to send me directors details - Segar and Jamil did so by return, you did not.
You did though, contact Mr Hodges and emailed him, copying me the following day (via Olivia) on 12/8/11 -
Dear All,
Following my various conversations and emails and my last conversation at about 17.30 with Christopher, I just want to reiterate that I have sent you my digital signature for the sole purpose of acquiring the head lease of Mitre House. This is to confirm that the four share-holders will have equal quantities of shares as well as being a director. Can you please forward a copy of 'Memorandum and Articles of Association of Mitre House Management Ltd' to me. Kind regards, Michele
That happens to be Friday evening, 5.30pm - I still had no idea what your director's details were as they aren't mentioned and even if they were, who works anywhere after 5.30pm especially on a Friday - unless of course you expect me or anybody else to spend yet more time sorting out your affairs over a week-end to comply with a Monday deadline. I doubt you'd do it for me or anyone else were you left in London whilst we travelled abroad in blissful ignorance of your UK commitments.
