That's about it - once I've had a good look at the various files etc
I'll
report any findings - in the meantime, I attach a list (SEE THE
ATTACHMENT) supplied by Julie of any outstanding amounts owed by anybody

I've already sorted out Flat 1 (Audrey Gunne) who are down as owing

Charges etc - they don't, they are paid up fully - but the other amounts
are
outstanding most notably Flat 3 - and I have NOT been able to contact
them
as their email is inoperative (SEGAR, keep an eye out for anybody there
and
ask for Maria's (the Mother) email - I need it to chase arrears . I
have,
though, been in contact with Flat 8 (Christopher Leigh-Pemberton) with
whom
I was worried I had lost contact with - not any more - all OK)
And Jamil - looks like you're IN CREDIT for some strange reason - any
comment?
Any comments etc re: anything, let me know quickly before I send out

Charge demands this week-end, with as ever, Segar's help which is
greatly
appreciated, once I teach him English...!
