In the meantime I can only sincerely apologise for what must appear to be, and is indeed exactly that, a very sad soap-opera scenario caused by what we consider to be unfair, unwelcome and thoroughly untrue observations made by Mr. Begg on behalf of his client, Mrs M. Hillgarth, all of which we have replied to with reams of evidence disproving the comments and accusations levied against Mitre House Management Limited.
