There is nothing, absolutely nothing, that has been agreed or discussed that affects you detrimentally or leaves you in a lesser position than any of us. You have received the same money, been advised of anything interesting or appropriate save for, admittedly, some items such as the RTM. On your own admission, you are away often, very busy and do not have the time to be on call at a moment's notice. It's not possible to wait hours, days, weeks for responses, replies, comment, agreements to small, petty, insignificant decisions which have no relevance other than simply running the place on schedule, on budget and in good time.
You know full well that there are numerous precedents to problems of communication going back to well before the Auction. Despite your insistence that you have not been advised or agreed to certain aspects, it is on file that you have in most instances and reading through the minutes of the four held in your absence they have no references which require more than a simple (legal) majority vote - to approve accounts, to appoint a banker, a solicitor, an accountant etc - to counter the RTM, etc etc - had you been available as opposed to abroad, or replied to requests for various information, or better still shown appreciation and gratitude for what was being done, arranged, organised and professionally managed on your behalf, and sharing the same 25% of monies due to you despite doing very little for it save for complaining and disagreeing with absolutely everything and without doubt organising an RTM against your own company, it is possible a more usual, friendly relationship could have developed but I doubt a weekly Pizza would have suited, but that is what Segar and I have done for 2 years now, and at our own personal expense to discuss Mitre House affairs.
I would suggest how you would feel about me if you, Segar and Jamil were running the company on a daily basis, with me doing nothing whatsoever save for organising Lessees to disagree with anything and then leading them into an RTM. Would you keep me informed of everything you, Jamil and Segar were getting on with quietly and efficiently? I somewhat doubt it.
I have never had a text, nor phonecall, nor Christmas Card from you in 40 years...... nor even a thank you, but yes, one Pizza lunch at which you again misinterpreted the idiot we lunched with thinking him a good candidate for our Agent. We bought him lunch and never heard a squeak back, no thank you, no nada, niente, nothing....BUT ....You have received from me, including Easter Cards, Valentine's Day greetings, and even the odd joke or two....And to cap it all, even the single agreement I thought we had as regards the internals decor in mid 2012 just prior to the vote, was, unbelievably simply stated as that's what I wanted to hear!!! Damn right I did, but was worthless unless you meant it. And having not complied with the 31st May 2012 deadline for voting, and holding up the Section 20 Notice, you then emailed me on 7 June saying..... you choose!! Not, I would surmise, giving much confidence as to your capability as a Director of MHML, as indeed, even that decision changed some days later with me accused of fiddling the vote.... all in all, a total fiasco.
As I told you in front of Neil Broadbent/WADE, I'd give my right arm to have WADE win the tender (be the cheapest). In truth, I'd also give my other arm if you could be trusted to run Mitre House the way I've run it to date, but all you want to do is pass it over to Agents to again rip us all off and you spend hours writing to complain about anything and everything they do - with late replies, out of office on leave, in hospital, too busy etc etc
