Who are these people? What services were provided by them? Who authorised these payments? I see no invoices for any of these payments and nor are these payments, so far as I can tell, picked up in the Service Charge Expense Detail Report for the year ended 31 December 2015.
On several occasions in 2015 payments were unaccountably made by you into the MHML Lloyds Bank account No: 23434068. For example:
£900 paid on 9 January
£900 paid on 12 March
£385 paid on 12 March
£5,275.98 paid on 2 June
£4,500 paid on 15 June
£5,000 paid on 24 June (following which £5,000 is paid by MHML to a separate account of MHML on the same day)
£4,500 paid on 7 July (following which £4,500 is paid by MHML to a separate account of MHML on the same day)
£7,500 paid on 17 July (following which £7,500 is paid by MHML to a separate account of MHML on the same day)

Again I would like to understand the involvement of your fellow directors in the production of these (unaudited) corporate accounts. Who physically produced the filed accounts for MHML for the past five years? To what extent were Messrs Raja and Karupiah involved in this process?
I would like you to clarify the invoice from Benitor of 9 June 2014 to clear and decorate the basement (which you were using at that time as your office) in the sum of £1,971, citing “flood damage”. There had been no mention in the specification or in Isaac’s report of flooding and this item had certainly not been agreed by the leaseholders. Who authorised thispayment? Pleaseconfirmyesornowhetheryoustockedyourownbelongingsinthe basement, and yes or no whether you used the basement for your own convenience.
Please clarify payments made in 2015 from MHML’s Lloyds Bank Account No: 23433668 to:
