Whilst she decides it might be useful to see some before and after “unaffordables” in case her poor memory needs nudging..... electrics & new light fitments, lift, mail table, handrails, emer- gency lighting to name but few and images subsequent to her insistence to decommission all plants topiary art and artifacts from the communal areas and the installation of a fire alarm system as centre piece (thankfully two installs due to her complaint of inappropriate posi- tioning as mine was denied) ... bottom right! And not forgetting MHML’s basement bureau...!
